Real Cutlets a La Panero

My father developed this recipe and included it with his “Magic Martello” gourmet chef's tool that he invented and sold through a catalog. This is a delicious authentic Italian cutlet recipe that is simple and tastes incredible. Serve with your favorite pasta, potato, vegetable and white wine of your choice.

Cut boneless chicken breast into ½” thick by 2” pieces. Pound meat until approximately 1/8” thick.

Coat meat in beaten egg, seasoned with salt and pepper.
